丁苯橡胶改性沥青混合料路用性能的研究 被引量:9

摘要 针对国内常用的60号胜利沥青不适应高等级公路建设需要的情况,采用加入2% 丁苯橡胶的方法进行改性,并对改性前后的沥青混合料进行了试验研究。结果表明,丁苯橡胶改性沥青混合料的当量软化点提高了15 ℃,当量脆点降低了23.8 ℃,10 ℃延度大于100 cm ,具有优良的抗水害、抗车辙、抗低温开裂和耐疲劳的性能。从铺设的国道311 一级公路使用三年多的结果表明,丁苯橡胶改性沥青具有良好的使用效果,可延长路面使用寿命30% 左右,因而具有好的经济效益和社会效益,可大量推广应用。 Since the normally used No.60 Shengli asphalt was not qualified for high grade pavement, the said asphalt was modified with SBR and its properties were compared with the original one. The comparison result indicated that the equivalent softening point, equivalent fragile point and the extensibility of the modified asphalt were increased by 15 ℃, decreased by 23.8 ℃, and longer than 100cm respectively. The modified asphalt showed good performances of water resistance, anti rut, anti crack under low temperature and antifatigue. The modified asphalt has been used in 311 first class national highway three years. The application result showed that its service life has been prolonged by 30%.
