摘要
在三组分复合锂基脂中引入钙皂制备复合锂-钙基脂。考察了复合锂-钙基脂的组成、制备工艺和条件,各种因素对成脂性能的影响,以及几种添加剂在复合锂-钙基脂中的应用效果。制备的复合锂-钙基脂具有高滴点和良好的胶体安定性、剪切安定性,良好的抗水性、防腐性和润滑性。通过电子显微镜和差热分析表明,稠化剂形成了统一的共晶结构。复合锂-钙基脂的皂纤维与复合锂基脂的类似,但产品的成本有所降低,产品的抗水性和抗磨性有所提高。
The compounded lithium calcium base grease was made by adding calcium soap into three component compounded lithium grease. The composition, processing conditions and the factors affecting the grease performance were investigated. The effects of some additives adding to the compounded lithium calcium base grease were also studied. The said grease possesses high dropping point and good colloidal and shear stability as well as good anti corrosion, water resistance and anti wear properties. Electronic microscope photo and differential thermal analysis confirmed that the thicker formed co crystallite. The soap fiber of the said grease is similar to that of the compounded lithium base grease, the former is cheaper and its water resistance and anti wear properties are improved.
