摘要
影响焦化汽油调合生产90 号无铅汽油质量的主要因素是焦化汽油的馏程、辛烷值、实际胶质和硫醇硫的含量。利用主因素法设计调合试验,优化调合方案,可以减少试验次数。在催化裂化汽油和重整汽油中,调入4% ~5% 经过碱洗和脱硫醇的焦化汽油,焦化汽油的干点在160~180℃之间,可以得到符合SH0091 标准的产品。
The major influencing factors of blending coker naphtha for 90 RON unleaded gasoline are its distillation range, octane number, existent gum and mercaptan content. Experiment design by major factor analysis for gasoline blending can minimize the tests. The test result showed that a qualified 90 RON gasoline was prepared by blending 4~5% 160~180℃ coker naphtha into the FCC and reforming naphtha. The coker naphtha was washed by alkaline and desulfurized before blending.
