摘要
介绍斜针翅换热器针翅温度场、传热系数和压降的计算方法,并根据理论研究与试验数据得出形式简单、使用方便的半经验计算公式。对斜针翅管与光管、螺纹管进行了设计方案比较,结果认为在管外介质为高粘度流体时,使用斜针翅换热器强化传热效果较好,不仅可减少设备投资,还可降低操作费用。
Heat exchanger with inclined pin fin tube is a new kind efficient exchanger suitable for heavy viscosity fluid. The calculation method for its temperature field, heat transfer coefficient and pressure drop are introduced. The simple and convenient semi empirical calculation equations were derived based on theoretical analysis and experiment data. The examples calculated based on the equations were compared with both of plain tube and screw tube heat exchangers. The comparison result showed that the inclined pin tube exchanger had higher heat transfer effect for high viscosity fluid flowing outside of tube.
