丙烷巷道燃烧试验装置的设计

Design of Propane Combustion Tunnel Test Device

为提高丙烷巷道燃烧试验的技术检验水平,按MT914-2008《煤矿用织物整芯阻燃输送带》标准的规定,设计了一种新的丙烷巷道燃烧试验装置。该装置把煤矿用织物整芯阻燃输送带试件固定在试验台架上,利用丙烷气的燃烧对其进行阻燃试验,试验此过程中实现丙烷气流量以及试验时间的精确控制。重点论述试验的工序流程,试验装置关键部位的工作原理以及电气控制模块的设计思路。该试验装置已通过验收并投入使用,满足设计要求。

In order to improve the technical test level of propane tunnel combustion testing,designs a new propane tunnel combustion testing device.This device fixes the coal fabric entire flame conveyor belt test piece on the test-bed.Using the buring of propane to do the antiflaming test,then realize the precisely control of propane gas flow rate and test time.Discussing the process flow of the test,the working principle of the key parts of the device and the design ideas of electric control module.The experiment device has been passed the acceptance inspection and put into use,meeting the design requirments.
