借鉴4RS营销理论,从加强读者关系管理、协调与文献提供方的关系、应用物流技术实现文献快递、实施有效员工关系营销管理等方面探讨高校图书馆如何有效开展文献传递服务工作。
In drawing the 4RS marketing theory, the author discusses how university libraries provide the document delivery services efficiently through strengthening the readership management, coordinating the relationship with document providers, applying the logistics technology in document delivery services, conducting effective personnel relation marketing management.
