摘要
在 F R H A和 F R H B 的基础上,由极性化沥青、皂化沥青、固体润滑剂、调质剂等制成了粉状的防塌润滑剂 F R H C,在制备中实现了沥青在粉末状态下的皂化。室内性能评价结果表明, F R H C 具有良好的抑制泥页岩膨胀的性能、降滤失特别是高温高压滤失的性能及降低泥饼粘滞系数的性能,与川西南矿区目前常用的聚合物、聚磺等水基钻井液配伍性良好,使用方便。
A powdered caving preventor/lubricator, FRH C, is prepared from polarized and saponated asphalt, solid lubricator, modifier, etc. For this purpose a process of saponification of asphalt in powdered form is developed. The results of performance evaluation in laboratory show that FRH C is notably inhibitive for clay swelling, significantly reduces filtrate loss of the fluid, especially at high temperature and high pressure and filter cake friction coefficient and is well compatible with all additives in the polymer and polymer/sulfonated drilling fluids commonly used at southwest Sichuan Gas Fields.
