摘要 本文报道了高密度压井液 K N P T的研制、应用性能及压井现场试验结果。 K N P T 压井液由水溶性良好、溶液饱和后能充分分散的盐类加重剂 N N,专门研制的磺化酚醛树脂分散剂 F X J及稠化剂 P H P A M 组成。常用配方的密度在1 .4 —1 .6 g/ cm 3 范围,特殊配方的密度可低至 1 .2 g/ cm 3 。室内岩芯流动实验中含粘土岩芯的渗透率恢复率达96 % —98 % 。在胜利孤岛油田12 口高压油、水井各种修井作业中用 K N P T压井,压井和修井作业的成功率为100 % 。 A salt/polymer well control fluid, KNPT, is developed for use in workover operations at high reservoir formation pressures to replace CaCl 2 solution or clay mud. This fluid is composed of a water soluble salt, NN, as weighting material, a specially synthesized sulfophenolic resin, FXJ, as dispersant, and a PHPAM as thickener. High density in range 1.4—1.6 g/cm 3 is obtained for common formulations by adjusting the amount of salt NN added, which is partially dispersed in the thickened salt solution. This fluid is undamageable and permeability restoration 96—98% is observed in core experiments. The field tests of KNPT in various workover operations in 12 wells at Gudao Oil Fields, Shengli, are all successful. This paper presents the preparation, performance properties and field results for KNPT.
