N_2O_5硝解三丙酰基三氮杂环己烷制备RDX 被引量:2

Preparation of RDX by Nitrolysis of 1,3,5-Tripropionyl-triazaine with N_2O_5

摘要 以三丙酰基三氮杂环己烷为原料,N2O5/HNO3为硝解剂制备了RDX。分别考察了硝解剂浓度、反应物配比、反应温度和反应时间对RDX产率的影响。结果表明,当N2O5与HNO3的摩尔比为1∶10,N2O5与三丙酰基三氮杂环己烷的摩尔比为6∶1,反应温度为45℃,反应1 h,RDX的最高产率可达92.7%,纯度为98.5%。 A new method for the synthesis of RDX was studied with 1,3,5-tripropionyl-triazaine as raw material and N2O5/HNO3 as nitrating agent.Many factors such as the concentration of nitrating agent,ratio of reactant,reaction temperature and time were investigated.Results showed that under the molar ratio of N2O5 and HNO3 1∶10,the molar ratio of N2O5 and 1,3,5-tripropionyl-triazaine 6∶1,reaction temperature 45℃ and reaction time 1h,the yield of the RDX was up to 92.7% with 98.5% purity.
