摘要
对RDX基PBX炸药进行了烤燃试验,建立了炸药烤燃计算模型,其中加入了Frank-Kamenetskii、Sestak-Berggreen和McGuire-Tarver反应模型,采用流体力学计算软件Fluent进行了数值模拟。试验结果表明,PBX炸药在1 K/min升温速率下发生剧烈反应的时间为176.0 min,此时试样中心温度为185.2℃,壳体表面温度为194.8℃;Sestak-Berggreen反应模型计算结果为:剧烈反应的时间为176.5 min,中心温度为187.2℃,壳体表面温度为194.9℃,验证了计算模型和相关参数的正确性。分别计算了10 K/min1、K/min、3.3 K/h升温速率下PBX炸药相变和温度的变化情况,结果表明,升温速率对炸药的相变、点火时间、温度分布和点火位置都有影响。
The cook-off test of RDX-based PBX explosive was carried out.A cook-off model of explosive was established.Frank-Kamenetskii model,Sestak-Berggreen model and McGuire-Tarver model were added into this model.The numerical simulation was conducted by a CFD software Fluent.Results show that the ignition time is 176.0min,the sample center temperature is 185.2℃ and the shell surface temperature is 194.8℃ of the PBX explosive at a heating rate of 1K/min,and the calculated results by Sestak-Berggreen model show that the ignition time is 176.5min,the sample center temperature is 187.2℃ and the shell surface temperature is 194.9℃.Comparing the calculated results with the experimentation,the calculation model and relevant parameters were validated.The calculations were conducted respectively to simulate the cook-off tests for PBX explosive at heating rates of 10K/min,1K/min and 3.3K/h.Calculation results show that the phase transition,ignition time,temperature distributing and ignition position of explosive are affected by heating rates.
