摘要
制备了一种新型含能胶凝剂羧甲基纤维素硝酸酯(CMCN),并将其制备成凝胶,用FTIR、TG和XRD分析了CMCN的结构、含氮量和热性能,研究了CMCN凝胶体系的流变性能。结果表明,与普通硝化纤维素相比,CM-CN的含氮量略低,初始分解温度在192℃左右,随着羧甲基含量的增加,CMCN的初始分解温度无变化,而最快分解温度增高,峰形变宽。CMCN凝胶体系具有良好的触变性。随着亲水性羧酸基团含量的增多,凝胶体系的强度和结构的稳定性提高,对外界的刺激响应逐渐减弱。
A new energetic gelator carboxymethyl cellulose nitrate(CMCN) was synthesized and its gel was prepared.The structure,nitrogen content and thermal properties of CMCN were analyzed by FTIR,TG and XRD,and rheology of CMCN gels was studied.The results show that the nitrogen content of CMCN is lower than normal NC and initial decomposition temperature of CMCNs is about 192℃.As the content of carboxymethyl increases,initial decomposition temperature of CMCNs has little change,but the fastest decomposition temperature increases and peak width broadenes.CMCN gel have good thixotropy.With increasing the content of hydrophilic carboxylic group,the strength and stability of gels increase,while the stimuli-responsive capability of gels decreases.
