摘要
采用弹载小尺寸PBXN-5装药和加速度传感器,并以相同初始速度侵彻两种不同强度混凝土靶板,获得弹体侵彻的过载数据,通过对比分析侵彻前后装药试样的细观结构和外部形状的变化,研究了装药在不同过载条件下的动态力学特性。结果表明,弹内装药着靶后发生了外形镦粗、密度降低的现象,随着过载峰值的提高这一变化更为明显;装药内部出现了沿晶裂隙以及黏结剂微孔隙的扩展。
Experiments of small size PBXN-5 charges carried by projectiles into concrete targets of two different compressive strengths at same impact velocity were performed,deceleration data of projectiles were obtained by using an acceleration recorder.The dynamic mechanical properties of booster charges was presented under analyzing the variety of charges in meso-damage and shape after penetration experiment.The result shows that the density of explosive charges is reduced,the shape of charge become dumpy,mechanical de-bonding of matrix/grain interfaces in charge sample and microcrack expanding on binder surface are observed.
