摘要
针对江苏油田试采一厂真武等集输站含水原油,研制了由不同起始剂的两种聚醚、一种含硅聚醚及添加剂复配成的 S F 系列3 种破乳剂,在真武等3 个集输站替代原用破乳剂,加药量降至 17 —20 m g/ L,使净化原油含水降至外输油含水最低标准( 0 .5 % ) 以下,分离出的污水含油大大低于( 或符合) 相应的标准( ≤500 mg/ L) 。
SF series demulsifiers are soluble both in water and in oil, composed of an aliphatic amine initiated and an aromatic resin initialed blockpolyethers, a liquid silicone polyethers reaction product, an inorganic, and an organic ingredients and prepared to replace the demulsifier used then. Dehydration of crude oil by SF9605 at Zhenwu, by SF9305 at Fumin and by SF9418 at Wubao gathering plants performs satisfactorily and results in lowering demulsifier use level notably to 17-20 mg/L or less, water content in purified crude oil to less than 0.2%, 0.5%, and 0.1%, and oil content in separated waste water to less than 100 mg/L, 5 mg/L, and 500 mg/L, respectively.
