摘要
破乳剂 P R23 是针对新疆克拉玛依油田九区的高含水稠油研制的一种水溶性高分子破乳剂,对该区稠油具有脱水速度快、出水量大、油水界面齐、污水含油率低的特点。本文介绍了该剂的研制、性能和在92 号联合站进行现场试验的结果。
A Water soluble tetrablock polyether of straight chain structure, PR 23, is prepaed for dehydrating high water cut(>80%) viscous heavy crude oil of district IX of Karamy produced by steam huff puff method instead of an oil soluble demulsifier, KN 1, which becomes uneffective. The synthesis, performance properties, and field test results at oil gathering/water treating plant No 92 of PR 23 are presented in this paper. With PR 23 in 80 ppm at dehydrating temperature 70—82℃, qualified crude of water content ≤0.5% and separated produced water of oil content 40—50 ppm are obtained.
