Construction of High-quality Courses Based on Project Management——Taking Jishou University as an Example

高校精品课程的管理中存在缺乏规划、定位不准,方式落后、效率低下,重复建设、共享困难,责任分工不明确、团队结构不合理等问题。将项目管理的方法运用于精品课程管理,通过加强领导管理、时间管理和资金管理能有效的改善精品课程的管理水平。

The management of university excellent course has many problems which include short of planning,inaccurate direction,backward way,low efficiency,repeated construction,difficult sharing,unclear division of responsibility,and irrational team structure,etc.The methods of project management will be applied to the management of excellent course,and it can effectively improve the level of management of excellent course by strengthening the management of leadership,time and fund.
