摘要
研究了有机铬交联剂 W18 与 H P A M 在油田污水中的成胶性能,考察了不同因素对成胶作用的影响,确定了驱替体系的最佳组成。岩心驱油实验结果表明,该驱替剂的驱油性能较好,可比水驱提高采收率10 % 以上。
The titled system is composed of HPAM (750-1000 mg/L), organic compound of chromium Ⅲ W 18(150-250 mg/L), thiourea as stabilizer (100 mg/L), and weak organic acid as retarder(400 mg/L), gelatinates in 2-3 days at 60℃ after preparation and maintaines gel viscosity unchanging at 60℃ at least over 3 months. The effects of every component on gelation are investigated and the optimum formulation is established. In core flow experiments with this flooding system the enhancement in oil recovery of more than 10% is observed in comparison with water flood.
