摘要
研究了羧甲基纤维素系列高分子表面活性剂复配体系与大庆原油形成超低界面张力的条件,结果表明盐、醇的加入对高分子表面活性剂的界面活性影响不大;碱的加入能改善高分子表面活性剂分子在界面上的吸附,使界面张力大幅度下降。在适当配比下,高分子表面活性剂碱水溶液与原油可达到超低界面张力值( 10 - 3 m N/ m) 。
The polymer surfactants studied in this paper were prepared by ultrasonic copolymerization of carboxymethly cellulose and a series of dodecyl poly(etheroxy)acrylates (EO number n=3,7,9, and 20). Their interfacial activity in NaCl, alcohol and alkaline aqueous solutions with Daqing crude oil was studied through interfacial tension (IFT) and surface tension measurements. The results show that NaCl and C 2-C 7 alphatic alcohols influence IFTs of these copolymers slightly while NaOH can decrease IFTs between copolymer solution and crude oil significantly and for some copolymer/NaOH aqueous solutions ultralow values of IFTs of 10 -3 mN/m are observed.
