摘要 研究了钙钛矿复合氧化物CaTil- xLixO3 - δ催化剂用于炼厂干气中甲烷和乙烷选择氧化制乙烯的催化性能。通过加入MnCO3 和负载Pt 改善催化性能,并考察了空速和催化剂装填量的影响。结果表明CaTi0-8Li 0-2O3 - δ中加入质量分数为30 % 的MnCO3 ,在775 ℃甲烷和乙烷的转化率略有增加的同时乙烯的选择性增加10 % 以上,乙烯收率可达55 % 。30 % MnCO3/CaTi0-8Li0-2O3 - δ催化剂再负载质量分数为0-2 % 的Pt 可进一步提高乙烯选择性,最佳乙烯收率可达63 % 。单纯甲烷氧化偶联和单纯乙烷氧化脱氢试验表明,MnCO3 的加入可以提高甲烷氧化偶联反应中甲烷的转化率和乙烷氧化脱氢反应中乙烯的选择性。 Selective oxidation of FCC tail gas to ethylene has been studied over a series of supported perovskite catalysts. 30%MnCO 3/CaTi 0 8 Li 0 2 O 3-δ is a good catalyst for the reaction of selective oxidation of FCC tail gas;the yield of ethylene at 775 ℃ is 55% Over this kind of catalyst,both reactions of oxidative coupling of methane (OCM) and oxidative dehydrogenation of ethane (ODHE) can occur simultaneously Addition of Pt can promote the selectivity of ethylene;the yield of ethylene at 825 ℃ is 63%
