二元分子筛的烷基转移催化性能

Catalytic Properties of Double-Zeolite Used for Transalkylation

在连续流动的固定床反应装置上，考察ＺＳＭ５ 、ＴＲＡ 及ＺＳＭ５ － ＴＲＡ 分子筛催化剂的多烷基苯气相烷基转移催化性能。结果表明，与单纯的ＺＳＭ５ 和ＴＲＡ 分子筛催化剂相比，ＺＳＭ５ － ＴＲＡ 二元分子筛催化剂具有更优良的多烷基苯烷基转移催化性能（ 活性高，选择性好） 。同时采用ＮＨ３ － ＴＰＤ 及Ｐｙ－ ＩＲ 方法表征部分催化剂的酸性。

The performance of ZSM5、TRA and ZSM5-TRA zeolite catalysts(TRA is one kind of the ZSM series zeolites) for the vapour-phase transalkylation of poly-alkylbenzene have been studied.It is found that ZSM5-TRA (double-zeolite) has better catalytic properties of polyalkylbenzene transalkylation than that of ZSM5 and TRA. Meanwhile,the acidity of these catalysts were characterized by means of NH 3-TPD and Py-IR.
