摘要
针对催化裂化装置再生器隔热耐磨衬里存在的问题,研究了采用新型隔热耐磨衬里材料的机械喷涂工艺,包括衬里材料的选择、保温钉的焊接、施工缝的设置和加水量的控制。解决了大颗粒回弹率高等问题。机械喷涂的衬里经运行考核,证明性能良好,提高了衬里的施工工效,降低了装置的能耗。
A new heat-insulating and wear resistant lining material is used for the regenerator in catalytic cracking unit to replace the conventional one.A process for applying the new material to the wall of the regenerator by mechanical spray coating is also developed.The new lining is proved to have good quality and thus lowers the energy consumption rate of the cracking unit.
