Retrospection and Consideration about Rural Sports in the Past 60 Years of New China

运用文献资料、历史研究、系统分析等研究方法,梳理了新年中国成立60多年来农村体育的发展历程,其间的高潮与低谷、发展与滞后并存。建国后30年农村体育发展问题的成功解决,关键在于领导的重视与集体化运动,而经济落后、资源稀缺却严重挫伤了农村体育的发展。改革开放后30年,农村体育的成功之处在于经济形势的好转与政策、制度的保障,而场地设施的短缺与社会指导员的匮乏则成为农村体育发展相对滞后的重要原因。

According to methods of document collecting,historical research and system analysis,the development history of rural sports is summarized since the establishment of New China.It is considered that there are ups and downs,improvement and setbacks simultaneously.In the 30 years after the founding of P.R.C.,the key point to develop rural sports lies in the government emphasis and collectivization.But economic backwardness and lacking resources block its development.While,in the 30 years after the policy of reform and opening-up,economic improvement and support of government policies and institutions promote sports development in rural areas.However,the main reasons for its backwardness are the shortage of site facilities and social instructors.
