摘要
介绍了重油催化裂化装置外取热技术在国内外的应用现状及发展趋势,并重点讨论了气控式外取热器。介绍了洛阳石油化工工程公司设计的气控式外取热器在长岭炼油化工总厂重油催化裂化装置上的工业试验标定结果。应用外取热器可提高渣油掺炼率,对操作参数和产品质量无不良影响。还介绍了气控式外取热器在其它装置的工业应用情况。最后对气控式外取热器进行了技术评价,认为具有流程简单、运行可靠、操作灵活、节省投资等特点,它的推广应用必将带来良好的社会效益和经济效益。
The status quo and developing trends of domestic and foreign external catalyst coolers in RFCCU were introduced and the pneumatic controlled external catalyst coolers were emphatically discussed. The commercial test results of the pneumatic catalyst cooler with external circulation design by LPEC in RFCCU of Changling General Petrochemical Works were introduced. Results indicated that the application of external cooler can enhance the blending ratio of residue without negative effect on the operating parameters and product quality. Other commercial applications of pneumatic external cooler were also introduced. Finally, the technical evaluation on this external cool- er was carried out. It was considered that the pneumatic controlled external cooler has advantages of simple process scheme, realiable running, flexible operation, and low investment cost. The application of this technique will certainly produce good social and economic benefits.
