摘要
对金陵石油化工公司炼油厂I套催化裂化装置吸收稳定系统进行了多次技术改造,通过改造吸收塔和再吸收塔内构件,采取提高吸收塔压力,降低吸收温度,提高补充吸收油流量,降低补充吸收油的蒸气压等措施,使干气中C3体积分数降到4%以下,符合乙苯装置原料要求,经济效益明显,还应用PRO/Ⅱ模拟软件分析了影响吸收效果的因素,指出了优化操作和进一步技术改造的方向。
Technical revamping of the absorbing-stabilizing system of No. 1 FCC unit in the refinery of Jinling Petrochemical Company was carried out for several times. Through revamping of the inner components in absorber and reabsorber, by taking measures such as raising the pressure of absorber, lowering the absorbtion temperature, in creasing the flow rate of make-up absorbing oil, and lowering the vapor pressure of make-up absorbing oil etc., the volume percentage of propylene in dry gas was decreased to less than 4%, meeting feedstock requiremetns for the ethylbenzene unit, and evident economic benefit was gained. Factors affecting absorbtion effect were analyzed by using the PRO/II simulation software and directions for optimizing operation and further technical revamping were pointed out.
