摘要
介绍了石油微生物发酵的技术特点及其在独山子石油化工总厂的应用情况。微生物脱蜡工艺与目前溶剂脱蜡工艺相比，有着不可替代的优点，其脱蜡油倾点可达－４０℃以下，收率在９０％左右，而且工艺过程简单，设备投资少，原料切换灵活，产品质量稳定。生产实践表明，该工艺在特低凝点油品小批量生产上有较大的应用价值。
Technical features of petroleum microbial fermentation and its application in Dushanzi General Petro- chemical Works were introduced. In comparison with the conventional solvent dewaxing process, the microbial dewax- ing has unreplacable advantages of simple process scheme, low investment cost of equipment, flexibility in feedstocks altering, and steady product quality. The pour point of dewaxed oil is below - 40℃ and the yield is about 90%. Production practice showed that, this process has applicable value in small to medium batch production of oil products with extra low pour point.
