我国刑事被害人司法救助制度探索

On China's Judicial Aid system for Criminal Victim

刑事司法救助实际上是扶贫、扶弱、扶残,它是实现司法公平和完善社会保障法律体系的重要措施。该制度的建立体现了和谐社会"以人为本"的理念,有助于维护社会的安定有序。我国刑事司法救助制度存在较大缺陷。文章以构建社会主义和谐社会为背景,论证了建立刑事被害人司法救助制度的必要性,并提出了完善该制度的初步构想。

Criminal judicial aid system is an important measure to realize judicial justice and improve social security.This system shows the people-oriented concept of our harmonious society and it helps maintain the stability of society.China＇s criminal judicial aid system has some defects.This paper discusses the necessity of establishing judicial aid system for criminal victim and offers some suggestions concerning it.
