试论研究生教育质量的价值取向

On Value Orientation of Graduate Education Quality

随着研究生教育的不断发展,研究生教育质量问题日益引起人们的关注。而价值取向作为价值的决定方向或因素,将对研究生教育质量起着导向作用。本文在分析研究生教育属性的基础上,进一步探讨究生教育质量的价值取向,提出研究生教育质量的价值取向主要有三个方面:科研能力发展需求取向、个体发展需求价值取向和社会发展需求价值取向。对这三个价值取向的整合,将有利于有效促进我国研究生教育质量的提高。

Along with the development of graduate education,the quality of it has been gaining more attention.Value orientation is of decisive significance to the quality of graduate education.This paper analyzes the attribute foundation of graduate education,discusses the value orientation of graduate education quality and proposed that the value orientation of graduate education quality has three aspects,which are scientific research ability development orientation,individual development orientation and social development orientation.The conformity of these three value orientations will promote the graduate education quality in China.
