摘要
通过对钢板对接接头气孔模拟缺陷试件的射线数字透射成像检测试验,分析了线阵列X射线数字透射成像检测系统的透照参数、检测工艺与检测图像质量的关系,得出了影响射线数字透射成像图像质量的一些关键因素,给出了射线数字透射成像检测时应该注意的一些问题。
Through the X-ray digital radiography inspection test of the simulated porosity defects in steel plate butt joint specimen,the relationships among exposure parameters,detection process and image quality of X-ray digital radiography system based on line array detector were analyzed,and the key factors that influenced the image quality and some problems which should be attended in X-ray digital radiography were put forward.
