摘要
将堆型艾美耳球虫卵囊孢子化、破碎、脱去孢子囊、纯化子孢子并将其超声裂解,最终离心得到子孢子可溶性抗原,经紫外分光光度法测得抗原样品的浓度为1.58mg/mL.将保存的杂交瘤细胞解冻,培养并利用其制备抗体.用制备的抗原对此抗体进行了初步鉴定.
E.acervulina oocysts were rejuvenated,purificated and sporulated,sporozoites from broken sporangium were purificated and sonicated,Soluble antigen of Plasmodium was obtained from Ultrasonic degradation products.concentration of antigen samples measured by UV spectrophotometry is 1.58mg/mL.The hybridoma cell was thawed,cultured,Antibodies were pr-epared using hybridoma cell and identified with soluble antigen.
