几种模式生物基因数目与长度的关系研究

The Relation between the Number of Gene and Its Length in Several Mode Species Genome

分析了大肠杆菌、枯草杆菌、酵母、拟南芥基因组中基因数目随长度的分布,发现有明显的规律性,根据分布的特点用各种分布模型进行拟合比较,提出这类分布是Г(α,β)分布的假设.

The distribution of gene’number with its length was analyzed in genome of several Mode Species.The results showed that the distribution had obvious regulations.According to the characteristics of the distribution,a hypothesis that this kind of distribution is Г（α,β）distribution was proposed by Compared with other distribution models.
