目的:建立蒙药材白花龙胆和尖叶假龙胆的鉴别方法.方法:采用薄层色谱法鉴别白花龙胆和尖叶假龙胆.结果:建立了两种色谱鉴别方法.结论:该方法简便,具有专属性、重现性好、结果稳定可靠,可用于白花龙胆和尖叶假龙胆的质量控制.

Objective：To establish an identification method of Mongolian medicine Gentiana algida Pall and Gentianella acuta.Methods：Using thin layer chromatography（TLC） to identify Gentiana algida Pall and Gentianella acuta.Results：Two chromatographic identification methods were established.Conclusion：The method is simple,and has specialization,good reproducibility and reliable results,and can be used for the quality control of Gentiana algida Pall and Gentianella acuta.
