健康教育路径在糖尿病患者中的应用

Application of Health Education Path in Diabetics

目的:探讨糖尿病患者实施健康教育的效果和方法.方法:将140例糖尿病患者随机分为实验组和对照组,各70例.对照组给与常规健康教育,实验组实施健康教育路径,对比两组患者出院前的效果.结果:经健康教育路径护理组在糖尿病知识水平及对护理人员的满意度上都优于对照组.结论:健康教育路径很值得临床应用和推广.

Objective：To investigate the effect and method of health education for diabetics.Methods：140 diabetic patients were randomly divided into intervention group and control group,each group had 70 cases.The control group was given conventional health education,the experimental group was treated with health education path.Comparison the effects of the two groups before discharge.Results：Through health education path,the diabetes knowledge level and the satisfaction degree of nursing in experimental group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion：Health education path is worth clinical application and popularization.
