本文总结了职业成熟度在当今文化多元化国际背景中所面临理论和测量问题,并从理论概念、理论建构、测评方法三方面探析当今多元化国际背景下职业成熟度的研究趋向,以及对国内专业成熟度研究的启示。
This paper summarizes the problems which career maturity faces in the multi-cultural background.It also analyses the tendency of career maturity in these three aspects: concepts,constructs and methods.It gets some enlightenment for national career maturity
