克拉玛依市建设用地集约利用评价

本文在对克拉玛依市建设用地集约利用现状分析的基础上,选取了包括土地利用程度、土地利用效益、土地投入强度及土地利用可持续性4个指标层的9个指标因子,建立了克拉玛依市建设用地集约利用的评价指标体系。运用主成分分析法对克拉玛依市及其各行政辖区的建设用地集约利用状况进行评价研究,并对克拉玛依市未来的建设用地集约利用提出了相关建议。

This paper on the Karamay Analysis of land use intensity based on the level selected,including land use,land use efficiency,land investment intensity and land use sustainability index layer 4 of 9 indicators were employed to establish the Karamay Urban construction land intensive use of the evaluation index system.Principal component analysis and its administrative area Karamay construction status of intensive land use evaluation,and the construction of Karamay intensive land use in the future some suggestions.
