Higher Education Reform Should Focus on Creating Good Teaching and Learning Environment——with Concurrent Discussion on the Relationship of teaching ethics,learning morale,and school climate

高等教育的改革创新应着眼于内涵建设,努力提高教学质量,而提高教学质量的关键是学校必须形成良好的教学氛围。教学氛围涉及教风、学风和校风,问题的关键就在于教风。以教风引领学风,教风与学风互相促动,校风也就酝酿其中了;反过来,校风又能左右教风和学风的发展。而以教风带动学风的具体方法是:大处着眼,小处着手。

Reform and innovation in higher education should focus on inner construction and improvement of teaching quality.The key to improve teaching quality lies in building a good teaching and learning environment,which consists of three elements： teaching ethics,learning morale,and school climate,the key factor being teaching ethics.Good teaching ethics will lead to good learning morale,and the two will help create a good school climate.The school climate,in turn,will influence the development of teaching ethics and learning morale.The specific method to guide students＇ learning morale with good teaching ethics is to ＂think global and act local.＂
