摘要
大体积混凝土在冬期施工时容易出现温度裂缝和混凝土浇筑过程中受冻的情况.以银川市西夏热电厂一期工程储煤筒仓3m厚筏板基础施工为例,通过详细的温度计算,严格控制原材料质量、混凝土冬期设计配合比、入模温度,并采取合理的保温养护、测温等措施,有效地保证了工程的质量和施工进度,为今后大体积混凝土的设计施工提供了经验和依据.
The mass concrete tends to produce temperature crack and frost damage during winter construction. Take 3m-thick raft foundation construction of coal silo in the first phase project of Yinchuan Xixia Thermal Power Plant for example, the engineering construction quality and construction progress was guaranteed, by the temperature calculation of concrete, strictly controlling the raw material, the concrete mix design and entering temperature, adopting reasonable control measures such as insulated curing and temperature determination. This construction practice will provides a beneficial experience for the mass concrete construction in the future.
