摘要
目的调查不同年级本科护生护理职业自我概念现状。方法采用护理职业自我概念量表对594名不同年级本科护生进行调查。结果护理本科生职业自我概念总均分为(2.90±0.32)分;不同年级、不同就读意愿护理本科生职业自我概念差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论护理教育者需要从强化护生的职业自我概念教育、加强护生的体验教学等方面增强护生的职业自我概念意识。
Objective To investigate the status of professional self - concept of undergraduate nursing students in different grades. Method A total of 594 undergraduate nursing students were investigated with Nurses'Professional Self - Concept Questionnaire. Results The mean score of professional self - concept of the involved students was (2.90 ± 0.32). The students in different grades and different inclination for majoring in nursing had different scores, and the difference had statistical significance (P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen nurses'professional self - concept education from the aspects of enhancing professional self - concept education and experience teaching.
