摘要
目的了解临床见习前护生的学习动机,探索有效提高临床见习前护生学习动机的方法。方法采用大学生学习动机问卷对288名见习前本科、高职本科和大专护生进行调查。结果临床见习前护生总体学习动机居中等程度,本科和大专护生学习动机均高于高职本科护生(P<0.05),本科与大专护生之间学习动机差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);女护生的学习动机在能力追求维度上高于男护生(P<0.01)。结论临床见习前本科与大专护生学习动机适中,高职本科护生由其生源特点决定学习动机强度不足,护理教育教学过程中应进一步稳固见习前高职护生的专业思想,优化课程设置和教学方法,激发其专业学习热情和动机。
Objective To find out the learning motivation of nursing students before clinical probation and explore the ways of improving the learning motivation of nursing students before clinical probation effectively. Methods A total of 288 undergraduate, high vocational and junior college nursing students before clinical probation were recruited. They were investigated with a college students learning motivation questionnaire. Results Nursing students before clinical probation had medium level of learning motivation. The scores of learning motivation of undergraduates and junior college nursing students were relatively higher than high vocational students ( P 〈 0.05 ), and there was no difference between undergraduates and junior college nursing students ( P 〉 0.05 ). The score of ability - success motivation of female nursing students was higher than male students (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Undergraduates and college nursing students before clinical probation have medium level of learning motivation,the source of high vocational students decides its insufficient learning motivation. It is suggested that nursing educators should take measures to further steady the attitude towards nursing profession among high vocational nursing students and optimize curriculum design and teaching methods to stimulate their learning passion and motivation.
