摘要
护生自主学习能力直接决定着今后临床护理工作的质量和效率,也决定着未来护理队伍的知识技能能否快速适应护理学科发展的需要。文章阐述了护生自主学习能力相关概念、测量方法、影响因素及促进自主学习能力的策略,以期使护理教学工作聚焦于重点,完善护生的学习能力,胜任不断变化的护理工作。
The self - regulated learning ability of nursing students directly determines the quality and efficiency of future clinical nursing, as well as the future nursing team's capacity for quickly adapting to the development needs of nursing discipline. The related concepts, measurement methods, influencing factors of self - regulated learning ability and strategies to promote this ability were described in this article,in the hope of letting the teaching focus on the key points and improving the learning ability of nursing students to be qualified for the changing nursing works.
