摘要
目的探讨绩效考核在无陪护病房中的应用及效果。方法按照绩效考核原则,建立一套较完善的护理绩效分配方案,根据工作量、满意度、星级考核、岗位系数和职称系数分别给予护理人员不同的绩效比例,并按照绩效比例进行奖金发放。通过问卷调查的方法比较实施绩效考核前后患者对护理工作的满意度。结果在无陪护病房管理中实施绩效考核后,护理人员和患者满意度均明显提高,并减少了护理差错事故,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论在无陪护病房中对护理人员实施绩效考核可显著提高患者满意度和护理质量,减少护理差错的发生。
Objective To explore the methods and effects of performance assessment applied in wards without caregivers. Methods According to the principle of performance assessment, a nursing performance distribution system was developed based on nurses quantities of work, patient satisfaction, star - level assessment,work position coefficient,professional title coefficient,and bonuses were given out in accordance with every nurse's performance ratio. The satisfactory degree of nurses with their job was compared by questionnaire before and after implementing the performance assessment. Results After the reform, the satisfactory degree of nurses and patients were both increased obviously, and the incidence of nursing errors was significanhy decreased ( P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The implementation of performance assessment in the wards without caregivers can increase patient satisfaction,improve quality of nursing,and reduce the incidence of nursing errors.
