摘要
目的提高护理人员素质,进一步推进优质护理服务工作。方法做好培训前的调研工作;结合教育内容,采取思想道德素质教育、文化素质教育、业务技能训练等形式多样的教育方式,把素质教育与实际工作相结合,并完善素质教育效果的监督与管理。结果病人对护理工作满意度由93.51%提高到97.77%(P<0.01);护理投诉减少(P<0.01)。结论护理人员素质的提高是推进优质护理服务工作的保障。
Objective To improve the quality of nursing staff so as to further promote high - quality nursing services. Methods Investigations were done before the training, various educating methods such as moral quality education, culture quality education, business skills training were adopted according to the teaching contents, quality education was integrated into practice and the supervision and management of teaching effect were improved. Results The degree of patient satisfaction was increased from 93.51% up to 97.77% and the rate of patient complaints was significantly reduced ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Improving the quality of nursing staff can ensure the quality nursing services.
