摘要
用组合模量法、井底压力控制法和声波时差法对雅克拉凝析气田出砂情况进行了预测, 并利用C公式法对气井合理生产压差进行了计算。综合分析认为,开发早期在合理的生产压差下, 该气田绝大多数产层不会出砂, 但个别产层和气田开发中后期产层可能出砂。通过对常用机械防砂方法的分析, 结合雅克拉凝析气田的实际情况, 提出了用双层绕丝砾石预充填和纯金属滤砂管的防砂措施。
Sanding prediction at Yakela Gas Condensate Field is made by means of 'Mobil', 'Pwf' '△tc' methods,and appropriate production pressure differences within which sand production can be avoided are calculated through 'C' method.Therefore,a conclusion is drawn:①the field hardly produces sand at the early production stage except for several layers,and ②the field would produce sand at the later period.Accordingly,after analyzing the conventional and latest machanical sand controlling methods,the paper puts forward the measures suitable to the field,such as double screens with packed gravels and alloy steel filter.
