2007—2009年卫生部北京医院口服中成药应用趋势分析

Application Tendency of Traditional Chinese Patent Medicines During 2007-2009 Period

目的:评估卫生部北京医院2007—2009年口服中成药应用情况,为药品的科学管理及临床合理用药提供一些参考。方法:根据口服中成药年销售金额和用量,对分类及单品种年消耗金额、用药频度(DDDs)、日均费用(DDC)等数据进行统计分析。结果:口服中成药销售金额呈上升趋势,绝大多数品种销售金额与DDDs比值均大于1,祛瘀剂始终居于销售金额排序之首。结论:我院口服中成药使用稳定、合理,价格低廉且疗效确切的药物占有相当高的销售份额,活血化瘀药对心脑血管病的治疗有重要作用。

OBJECTIVE：To evaluate the utilization status of oral Chinese patent medicines in Beijing Hospital of Ministry of Health during 2007-2009 period for references of scientific management and clinical rational use of Chinese patent medicines.METHODS：Based on the consumption sum and quantity of Chinese patent medicines,the classification,yearly consumption sum,DDDs and DDC etc of each variety were analyzed statistically.RESULTS：The consumption sum of traditional Chinese patent medicines showed an upward trend,with majority showing consumption sum /DDDs ratio of greater than 1.The Chinese patent medicines for removing blood stasis took the lead stably in terms of consumption sum.CONCLUSION：The use of traditional oral Chinese patent medicines in our hospital is basically stable and rational.The drugs with low price and confirmed efficacy had much higher sales quota.The medicines for removing blood stasis play an important role as a therapy for cardio-cerebrovascular diseases.
