摘要
随着我国城市化进程的加快,城市房屋拆迁在各地掀起热潮,拆迁中的各种矛盾和冲突也日益增多。本文分析了当前我国房屋拆迁过程中存在的各种问题,并对如何解决这些问题,从而更好地保护被拆迁人的合法权益提出了一些对策和建议。
The urban house relocations happen increasingly with the development of urbanization all over China,which in turn leads to more and more contradictions and conflicts among different benefit clusters.This paper conducts an analysis of the problems existing in the urban house relocations and puts forward some suggestions on how to solve those problems in order to protect the legal rights and interests of the house owners.
