全程化就业指导的现状及对策探析

Current Status of Integrated Career Guidance and its Countermeasures

本文通过对全程化就业指导中存在的指导队伍非专业化、指导手段简单化、实习实践无序化、指导内容同质化、指导时间固定化等现状的分析,提出明确全程化就业指导基本内容,加强指导队伍建设,实施分阶段就业指导,丰富就业指导手段,加强实习实践基地建设等一系列解决对策,以提高全程化就业指导的实效性。

This paper thinks that there are some problems in the current integrated career guidance,such as the guiders are non professional,the guiding methods are too simple,the arrangement of learning practice is in good order,the guiding contents are always the same,and the guiding time is fixed.The paper discusses the contents of the integrated career guidance,the building of guiders,the career guidance at different stages of students＇ university life,the enriching of guiding methods,and the enforcement of practicing bases,etc.,hoping to improve the efficiency of career guidance.
