摘要 1GD4+GD25+调节性T细胞概述 1.1调节性T细胞的来源、分类及分子标志 调节性T细胞(regulatory T cell,Treg)是一群能抑制免疫功能的负调控细胞,尽管Treg细胞存维持自身稳定、预防自身免疫性疾病以及控制移植排斥反应中发挥非常重要的保护作用,但是肿瘤微环境中的Treg细胞却减弱机体的抗肿瘤免疫。存在于肿瘤微环境中的肿瘤抗原和细胞因子对于Treg细胞的募集、扩增和Treg细胞的诱导有重要的作用。
