摘要
软件质量是软件企业的生命。建立软件质量体系并及时贯彻实施，是企业提高国际竞争力并走向成功的有效途径。作为我国产业革命的先锋及高新技术产业重要组成部分的软件产业，其质量体系的健全与规范直接关系到我国信息技术领域的兴衰，关系到２１ 世纪在国际软件市场的地位和能力，从而对我国社会发展与经济水平的提高影响重大。
Software quality is the life of a software enterprise.It is the efficient way to make it success and improve its international competitive power by establishing software quality system and realizing it.As a leader of all industries and an important part of new & high technology industries in our country,software industry has been regarded with its quality system,which has much to do with the climate of information technology field,and to do with our location in international software market in the 21st century.Moreover,it will effect greatly on our social & economic development.It is urgent for us to strengthen the research on our software quality system.
