43例老年胸部外伤的诊治和并发症防治体会

Experience of diagnosis and treatment of 43 cases of senile chest trauma

目的:探讨老年胸部外伤的特点,为更好的诊治提供借鉴和参考。方法:回顾分析我院收治的43例老年胸部外伤患者的临床资料。结果:老年人骨质疏松,易发生骨折,造成血气胸。同时合并各种基础疾病,易形成呼吸,循环功能紊乱。结论:对老年胸部外伤病人,在正确诊治的同时,要积极防治并发症,对治疗效果及预后起关键的作用。

Objective：In order to better provide reference for the diagnosis and treatment,investigate the characteristics of old chest trauma.Methods：Retrospective analysis clinical data of 43 cases old patients with chest trauma in our hospital.Results：Elderly osteoporosis,resulting in fracture-prone and blood pneumothorax.And concomitant variety of underlying diseases,which are easy to form respiratory and circulatory dysfunction.Conclusions：Preventing and treating complications play a key role in treatment and prognosis of elderly patients with chest trauma,when we correctly diagnosis and treatment.
