摘要
本文提出了基于ARM平台的GSM,GPS与GIS相结合的移动目标监控方案,并提出了车载单元的具体实现方案,给出了部分的电路设计。通过模拟实验,系统实现了中心与车台之间信息的交互。
The design is based on the development of the ARM microprocessor,GPS global positioning technology and GSM wireless communications technology,to monitor vehicles internal environment,acquisition of satellite signals and alarm signal switch.When the driver press the alarm,through the SMS/GPRS,its current location and alarm reported to the monitoring center,then the centre for monitoring will present it immedatilly on the electronic map.It is turned to truth in tests that the two-way information transformation between the alarming car and the center for monitoring.
