摘要
本文研究了逆变器中用数-模电路产生正弦脉宽调制(SPWM)信号的原理,以及电路的结构和组成,分析了SP-WM电路中正弦波发生器和三角波发生器等各单元电路的功能及工作过程;用此方法获得的SPWM信号的稳定性和精确性都优于用模拟方法形成的SPWM信号,在实际生产中取得了良好效果。
The principle,structure and formation of Digital-Analog circuit which produces SPWM signal for inverter was studied,the functions and working process of cell circuits,such as sine wave and pyramidal wave in SPWM circuit was analysed.The SPWM signal produced by Digital-Analog circuit is more stable and accurate than that of analogy method and it makes good effects in actual production.
