人类自然抵抗相关巨噬细胞蛋白1基因多态性与中国人群结核易感性的Meta分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的 应用Meta分析探讨人类自然抵抗相关巨噬细胞蛋白1(NRAMP1)基因3'UTR多态性位点与中国人群结核病易感性的关系.方法 应用主题词和关键词检索网络数据库PubMed(1990-2010)、外文全文生物医学期刊(1995-2010)、中国医院数字图书馆(1994-2010)、中国生物医学文献数据库(1977-2010)、WHOICTRP、WH0 EML等数据库和网站中所有有关文献,并辅以文献追溯方法,按照〈药品文献评价指导原则〉同时采用Cochrane协作网提供的RevMan 4.2软件分析数据.结果 最终纳入6篇研究文献.Meta分析结果 显示,中国人群NRAMPZ基因3'UTR多态性位点TGTG+/+、TGTG+/-及TGTG-/-的相对危险度分别为0.61(95%CI0.49~0.75)、1.06(95%CI1.40~2.34)和0.77(95%CI0.40~1.24).结论 NRAM P1基因3'UTR多态性与中国人群结核病易感性的相关性有待进一步探讨. Objective To provide a quantitative summary in estimating the association between 3'UTR natural-resistance-associated macrophage protein(NRAMP) 1 gene polymorphisms and tuberculosis susceptibility in Chinese population by Meta analysis. Methods It was searched in databases PubMed ( 1990-2010 ), FJIS ( 1995-2010), CNKI( 1994-2010), CBMdisc( 1977-2010), WHOICTRP, WHO EML and other databases and websites,supplemented by literature retrospective method, according to the guiding principles for evaluation of pharmaceutical literature. RevMan 4.2 software was used to analyze data by Cochrane Collaboration. Results There were six randomized controlled trials studies. Meta analysis showed that the Chinese population 3'UTR NRAMP1 gene polymorphisms sites TGTG +/+, TGTG +/- and TGTG-/- were 0.61(95%CI, 0.49-0.75), 1.06(95%CI, 1.40-2.34)and 0.77(95% CI, 0.40-1.24), respectively. Conclusion Further research is needed to explore 3'UTR NRAMP1 gene polymorphism and tuberculosis susceptibility in Chinese population.
